What's the process like?

We agree on a flexible schedule that best works for you. Thereafter, you are given an arrival window time for our Technician to arrive at; ex.- (9AM-11AM). The home can be vacant, and if so, you may leave instructions for our Techs to follow so we may enter and exit your home. Upon arrival we get to work, prep our work area and once we're finished we can even send you pictures of before and after upon request. Allow 3 days for your resurfacing surface to fully cure and then enjoy your new glossy surface!

How long does a process usually take?

Any job can last anywhere between 2-8 hours. Pending on the size of the job and how in depth the job is. Typically 3.5 hours on avarage. Same day service though!

How long does your work last and do you offer warranty?

We offer a 12 month warranty with all of our resurfacing work. We offer quality paint. Our epoxy paint may last anywhere between 1 to 5 yrs.

All pending on usage and proper maintenance care.

What about the odor and any of my personal things?

At Harbor we build a team that understands the importance of safety, Not just for themselves but even more for the residents. We carry an extractor fan which is 12 inches in diameter and has an inner tube that extends 25ft out- from our work area to the nearest exit window of the home or exit door. We guaranty residents we can reduce any odor smell or overspray by 95% and they will be able to sleep in their home that same night. We cover all and any personal belongings that were not initially moved with paper and plastic. Your home is safe and we will pick up entirely after ourselves-like no work was ever done.
